Another day without the State Department story, but . . .

I have an excuse. Three of them, actually.

A. It still has to be right and I'm waiting on a source.

B. I'm working on two other stories just as good.

One of them will be ready tomorrow, I just can't predict which one.

I am looking forward to the state connection. I think it is el paso and Columbus, NM. Also you might want to look into the gun shop in deming, NM that was raided.

Here is my post on GretaWire -

Sari Horowitz sounds like a DOJ plant - she wrote 7/27 how FNF was a "bold new plan" - Why didn't you ask her what was the plan, what was the sting, what was the trace? She does give the facts that ATF agents watched and sat and let the guns walk - no mention about who gave the orders, who was running the show. It was not a botched sting, something WAPO would like you to believe.

Dennis Burke who resigned and his sidekick Emory Hurley ran the show. Even told objecting gun dealers it was all right to sell to felons cause they had big plans - guess what Greta - you can't sell guns to felons. Read 18 USC 922 and tell me what authority a USA has to allow a felon to buy 300 guns for "personal use."

Holder received a July 2010 report that 1500 guns were purch for $1 mil by the Sinaloa cartel in Phoenix since Sept 2009 - What did he do? Let another 1000 to 1500 guns walk, that is what he did. Shut down the program after it was too late - two agents dead and 200 Mexicans dead.

Plan? I have a twofer - create a civil war between cartels (oh that's a great plan) and at the same time, create concern in USA for the guns made here causing havoc there. This program was - "felony stupid" - and Napolitano's chief of staff - Burke - arrived in Phoenix in time to run the show. She knew about it after Terry was killed - but Holder? No - he heard about it three weeks before he appeared before Issa even though Senator Grassley (that is senior to Holder) wrote letter to Holder about Fast and Furious - which is better called GunWalker.

Understand that Grassley was approached in 2010 before Terry was killed. He didn't take an interest until there was a death. Who is that stupid not to be able to figure out that letting guns go from USA to Mexican cartels is a bad, bad, bad idea?
ATF mgt made the whistleblowers out to sound like gun nuts - can't be trusted.
Would have worked but for the obvious end result - an innocent death or two.

Newell lied to the committee - "We didn't let guns walk". And Holder lied to the committee. What would you have done if you were AG and you learned that 1500 weapons were purchased in Phoenix by the Mexican cartel, Sinaloa, and they were using them in Mexico to shoot down Mexican helos? Let another 1000 to 1500 out the door of the gun dealer who is complaining about the sales? You knew the straw buyers - why keep it going unless getting guns into the cartels hands was the plan. "A bold new plan" by a guy who administered WACO and Ruby Ridge and the Marc Rich pardon. Trustworthy guy, Eric Holder. When he speaks, we all believe.

One last tidbit - WH gets gun flow plan that shows guns moving from AZ to all over Mexico. What does WH do? Says, "Very interesting - can you get me a chart on gun flows from Texas to Mexico". That is criminal complicity in a criminal action.

Greta had a WAPO apologist on last night. Greta basically gave the Soetoro mouthpiece a platform to say "Nothing to see here, Folks, move along now.".

Greta was a bit less than challenging last night and I was disappointed in her for allowing that compost reporter to do some composting on her program.

I know this much, after all the attempts to fabricate excuse after excuse, the Soetoro mouthpieces are now reduced to trying to claim, "they didn't know the specifics" and "there is no proof they did know the specifics".

Dereliction and incompetence is the only "defense" left.

Many reporters have created quite the legacy for themselves with Barry and there will come a point in time when they finally realize that their foolishness will stick around long after Barry is gone.

Embarrassment is starting to set in - and it is going to get worse before it gets better.
