What about I-594 can be fixed? It is, from its first word to the end, a violation of the rights you have. They have a list of more exemptions, but please note what an exemption is: special permission.

You’ll notice one more thing absent from this letter, and that’s the phrase “background checks.” That is also by design. Even if every case of special permission WAFLAG demands is granted, there are still universal background checks. There is still tyranny. There is still a de facto registration of gun owners in the state of WA. You see, WAFLAG purposely doesn’t mention the core of the problem because they want you, the average citizen, to let it go. They want you to be proud of them for getting you special permission from the government who serves you, to exercise your own rights. In other words, they want you to lie down and comply.
