What the analysts who serve the elites are thinking these days.

Population-Centric Military Strategy
Ongoing conflicts across the globe are creating catastrophic social, economic and political consequences that are not often realized and underpin a growing cycle of insecurity. A 2014 United Nations (UN) report puts the number of people displaced by war, conflict or persecution at a record high of nearly 60 million around the world. Additionally, the 2015 Global Peace Index estimates that in 2014 global conflicts killed 180,000 people and cost $14.3 trillion dollars, which is equivalent to 13.4% of the world’s GDP. And global security trends continue to worsen. There has been a dramatic increase in the number of local and regional conflicts in the past five years. Fifteen conflicts have erupted or reignited, including eight in Africa and three in the Middle East. If not addressed, the number of conflicts will continue to escalate and cause greater demands for resources, which is not sustainable. “The World is a Mess” and “It’s no longer possible to clean up the mess. We have no capacities to pick up the pieces.” — UN refugee agency head Antonio Guterres.

The UN never HAD the capability of picking up the pieces. That attempt at collectivism via one world government was doomed from the start. Why? Straight Democracy has always been, and will always be a pipe dream. While valid in more ways than any other governing tool, the truth is that even the power of the vote itself MUST be checked! Only via governance by and adherence to government of republican form - where the natural rights of the individual are sacrosanct - can there be peace. Any other form of government will eventually turn tyrannical. Only by keeping personal responsibility and individual accountability at the apex, as the focus, can peace be sustained (because of the balance among us created by those simple parameters.

The INSTANT a people deviates from this most basic principal - that some things individual are forever immune to the whims of the majority/controlling vote - tyranny is on its rise.....and gaining abusive power.

Those who founded my country knew this centuries ago. The truth of that was accepted and government built around that truth. We ought try getting back to accepting it rather than endlessly trying to prove that knowledge faulty. There really is no other way. Time it is for all the world to choose - endless chaos or acceptance of peace.

I suppose there is a take home message in this; that is, to keep the friendlies happy.

However, the rest of the article avoids the proximate cause and reads like a Disney movie script from the 50's. This nonsense is the operational definition of the UN.

Conflict and population density covaries. That's just a fact of sociobiology. To illustrate this point, suppose a pandemic occurred.

If there was a global population loss of 25%, the remaining population would be at 1992 levels.
If there was a global population loss of 50%, the remaining population would be at 1970 levels.
If there was a global population loss of 70%, the remaining population would be close to 1950 levels.

Hershey bars are not going to fix this, especially when a culture has been without democratic rule for several millennium or more and there is competition for resources. And, how is that supply distribution working with those local officials such as community leaders and police. That's right...more uniforms are needed. The UN merely creates a bigger and better black market.

Despots rule, and someone will need to assign more Captain Willards to the task.

A liberal is....

A liberal is someone who thinks the third world's
problems can be fixed by killing enough brown babies and who calls people who
object to that "racists".

A liberal is someone who thinks tax increases on
businesses are paid out of the secret stash of cash all businesses hide in
their basement.

A liberal is someone who thinks prayer in school
is obscene but who believes schools should teach Nietzsche.

A liberal is someone who wants stricter gun
control but has armed bodyguards.

A liberal is someone who wants guns out of honest
citizens' hands but who also wants more lenient sentencing for criminals who
use guns.

A liberal is someone who thinks that poverty
excuses crime even though most poor people are honest.

A liberal is someone who believes atheists should
never have to hear a Christian speak but who demand that Christian businesses
support gay weddings.

A liberal is someone who thinks that nuns who donate
their entire lives to helping the poor should pay for abortions.

A liberal is someone who wants to be
philanthropic with other people’s money.

A liberal is someone who thinks that the
differences between men and women can be “fixed” with surgery.

A liberal is someone who is excited by our
"low" unemployment rate even though the Black unemployment rate is
nearly twice as high.

A liberal is someone who thinks it's ok for
liberal politicians to decide which laws to enforce but who condemns
politicians who object to Supreme Court rulings.

A liberal is someone who thinks that taxpayers
should pay for promiscuous people's birth control and that death panels are a
good way to save money.

A liberal is someone who condemns Nixon for
erasing 18 minutes of a tape recording but thinks Hillary was smart to erase
tens of thousands of emails.

A liberal is someone who has no children and
spends all their money on themselves who attacks big families whose children
will fund the liberal’s social security payments.

A liberal is someone who thinks the economy is
great because the stock market is up but who professes to hate the
"rich".

A liberal is someone who calls Christians who
don't believe in evolution stupid because they reject science but who claims
the unborn aren't human.

A liberal is someone who is horrified that anyone
would abort an unborn child because that child is gay but quite comfortable
with aborting an unborn child that might be mentally challenged.

A liberal is someone who says marriage isn’t
about kids but who decries the “feminization” of poverty.

A liberal is someone who attacks America for its
“interventionism” and is silent about China’s claims to the South China Sea.

A liberal is someone who condemns Israel, which
lets Arabs vote, and extols Hamas, that calls for genocide against Jews.

A liberal is someone who hates the Confederate
flag but who has no problem with the hammer and sickle.
